Red Lobster has joined the trend of moving their rewards program to iPhone and Android apps. The birthday deals have improved. Now choose from a FREE Bowl of any Soup, any Dessert or a Signature Shrimp Cocktail when you download the Red Lobster App.


Make sure to enter your birth date in your App's profile to receive the birthday specials. The birthday coupons loaded to your App can be used 7 days before your birthday, on your birthday and 21 days after. Enjoy your dinner at over 700 Red Lobster locations.

Here's more on those birthday special choices: Warm up to a bowl of soup, including Clam Chowder, Lobster Bisque and Creamy Potato Bacon. Or maybe you'd prefer the Signature Shrimp Cocktail. The plump, tender shrimp are cooked and chilled in-house every day. If you opt for the FREE Dessert you can take your pick from any sweet treat including Brownie Overboard, Key Lime Pie and New York Style Cheesecake.

Of course there's more than your birthday benefits to having the Red Lobster Rewards App. You'll have 75 bonus points posted just for downloading. Then earn 1 point for every $1 spent on meals. Choose from 3 tempting rewards every time you reach 125 points which might include a choice of appetizer, a chocolate lava cookie or a bowl of soup.

I'm occasionally asked how you can get a Red Lobster free birthday dinner? To my knowledge that was never offered. There was a $5 off entrée coupon discontinued in 2017 that's been replaced by the FREE Soup, Shrimp Cocktail or Dessert coupons in the Red Lobster Rewards App.
